MUST SEE! if you visit Montreal for the first time, then you must definitely check out this amazing piece of art in terms of architecture and beauty. If you purchase the ticket online, then you save time and can skip the long waiting line/queue. I think you should consider at least 30 minutes to explore the inside, but it can take even more than an hour if you want to sit and relax.
The Notre-Dame Basilica in Montreal is a breathtaking marvel of architecture. Its intricate design and stunning details make it a truly beautiful place to visit. The grandeur of the interior, with vibrant colors and impressive stained glass windows, creates a mesmerizing atmosphere. The basilica's historical significance adds depth to the overall experience, making it a must-see destination for anyone appreciating art and history.
Amazing architecture and build centuries ago and still stands the test of time. You don’t need to b from the Christian faith to appreciate this marvel.
So serene, so quite so peaceful. You enter and you can feel the presence of divine power in this building. Spend some time here in peace and do some reflection of your own. What ever you believe in, you will feel better after as you reflect and all your thoughts will slowly running around.

An absolutely breathtaking place. I attended Aura - and cannot recommend it more. The gothic architecture mixed with ornate details and lights and music is unmatched. I am not a religious person, but cannot deny the beauty in this space. Absolutely a must not miss if you're a tourist in Montreal.
Parc magnifique et gigantesque. C'est mon parc préféré à Québec et Montréal.
On y retrouve de tout: sentiers dans le bois (marche/raquette), ski de fond, anneau de glace pour patiner, hockey, pleina d'arbres matures, aménagements paysagers et fleurs, jeux pour enfants, piscine, terrains de pétanque, piste pour coureurs/patins à roulettes, musée national des beaux arts, toilettes, abreuvoirs, spectacles de musique, histoire, etc.
Le parc s'étend sur de nombreux kilomètres et il est possible d'y marcher de la rue Bougainville à la terrasse Dufferin devant le château Frontenac.

Beautifully restored pre-WW1 era if I'm not mistaken. We came here for 3 separate JFL shows. 2 in the very front. One in the very back. Show in the very back kind of sucked you're so far away, some screens so you can see the person peforming on stage would be helpful but otherwise great.

Leuk stadsdeel met veel kleine winkeltjes volgepropt met spullen. Hangt een prettig sfeertje.
Leuke wijk voor een stadswandeling
Bijzondere klok, zeker op "hele uren". De moeite waard om even te blijven staan..
Openbare plek. Leuk om te zien. Elk kwartier maakt de klok geluid. Wijkje leuk om rond te lopen.
Eens plezant om al die mensen te zien staan wachten met hun gsm / fototoestel 😀
Aardige toeristische attractie in downtown Vancouver. Ooit gemaakt om mensen te vermaken en dat hij nog steeds. Altijd druk altijd gezellig. Speciale stoomfluit elk kwartier en het meest speciaal op het hele uur.
Good display augmented by staff information and acting portraying people of the mid 19th century. Good investment of time and money.
Vancouver zelf is een vrij moderne stad. Gastown is iets authentieker. De absolute bezienswaardigheid is de Gastown Steam Clock. Een klok draaide op stoom, die ieder kwartier het deuntje van de Big Ben op fluit.
Een geinige ervaring, echter als je op de foto met dat ding wilt als die aan het fluiten is, heb je best kans dat je even in de rij moet staan.

Indrukwekkend maar ook erg leuk met alle grasveldjes
Heerlijk park. Lekker rondlopen.
