It might not seam like a bakery, but their baked goods are spectacular!

I was eating a delicious chocolate croissant, when my partner had a bit and said, no that's London Fog. Lol, that's way tastier! No wonder I liked it so much. But their chocolate ones are good to.

I live in Richmond, but this is my go to for coffee beans. You can’t beat the variety and quality…but what also keeps bringing me back is the service. Jane, in particular, is an absolute credit to the store. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and just her brilliant vibe ensures you leave with a smile on your face. Love it!

Although they didn't have the coffee I initially wanted, the barista went the extra mile to customize my drink, surprising me with a delightful new coffee experience.

Beautiful, welcoming and spacious cafe. The London fog I had was perfect and comforting. I sat upstairs and there was plenty of room to relax and read.

Very expensive (considered unfair portion sizes) related to other places in the neighborhood. At the same time it has one of the poorest services. I have left 15% tips and was not even serviced. I was not told that it's a self service place, so my coffee was just waiting for me at the bar and got cold. No private tables - all 2 big tables (except from the ones outside) are common, not private - people are supposed to sit very close to each other, which is not very comfortable, especially during flu/covid season. Apart from pricing policy, the interior could be designed much better and the service requires huge improvement. I would not recommend the place, as there are much better options available.

This place could be amazing but staff are very rude, unprofessional and totally out to lunch. Been a member since January. Used to come here often (daily) spending over 60$ per day, really, I used to come here daily... but stopped due to rudeness of staff a while ago. Today I thought I'd give them another chance, bought over $130 of stuff and tipped 23 dollars. Staff member came tried to get me to leave or to pay 2 non member ship fees without even checking to see if I'm a member.

They even have a poster inside that says spend more than $50 and membership fee is waived. They didn't even check to see if I was a member or ask if I was staying or having it to go. She came at me hard for the membership fee so I told her to apply my tip to the membership fee. She said she couldn't do that as that's not how it works.

I don't know the girls name but she was probably new, but the most unpleasant thing to deal with. Needs some desperate customer service 101 lessons. The other staff member is a gentlemen with black nail polish. Tried to charge me for an extra sandwich and then when he realized his mistake didn't even apologize, generally just overly aggressive and always seems to be really uptight.

I'm never coming here again, go the cannabis lounge upstairs, the staff are way friendlier. Just buy coffee and food elsewhere and hang out at the lounge upstairs. 1000x better environment.

I don't know who the owner is but I would def have a mystery shopper come visit this place to keep staff in check.

Amazing coffee and pastries, honestly everything super yummy and delicious. Staff is very friendly and it’s quite cozy.

Très bonne pâtisserie et viennoiseries. L'ice tea est fait maison donc pas trop sucré, juste parfait ! Terrasse face au port très agréable.

Nice bay fronted cafe with seating inside and out very clean and tidy and staff are cheerful and helpful.
An array of food sandwiches and cakes which were very good.

Great tasting and filling breakfast!! I loved their way of serving egg toasts splitting buttery toast and filling in fluffy egg almost like pac-man. Infact they should rename toasts as "Pac-Man" toasts ;)

Petit établissement très propre et bien tenu dans Robson street.. Une vitrine vous propose différents sandwiches, English muffins, et pâtisseries qui vous mettent en appétit. Nous avons opter pour un muffin végétarien délicieux et un muffin à la dinde très goûteux. Les pâtisseries étaient succulentes notre choix s'étant porté sur un cheese cake et une tarte citron. Le personnel est efficace et très accueillant. C'était une pause déjeuner rapide et agréable

My favourite cafe in the city :) It’s a lovely little spot to study and do work, and all their pastries are baked fresh in store every day! I especially love their mini lemon loaves and fresh berry pastries

Excellent coffee, friendly service, free wifi, plenty of tables with plastic separations between customers. A little on expensive side, but quality is worth it. They also have food to order, great packaged coffee beans selection for sale, and plenty of outdoor seating. Can get a little busy during the day but there's usually some free spots. Open till 5 pm daily, overall very nice! Will be back. Just wish they had recycling!! Otherwise pretty great place.

氣氛好、環境佳，店家有賣咖啡飲品、無咖啡因飲品、輕食、麵包、餅乾等。室內整潔、明亮，對面對面就是公園。

London Fog的奶泡滑順，不會太甜太膩口。拉花超有心，超可愛：）份量適中。

Open Toast有分三種口味，這次點了酪梨跟蝦子口味，都很好吃，沒踩雷～酪梨醬很綿密細緻，搭配黃瓜、番茄、甜菜根，十分清爽開胃！蝦仁口味也很清爽，不同於酪梨，是較Q彈的口感～上面的半熟蛋也很搭。

店家沒有提供wifi（不公開），不過可以連到公共的#vanwifi ，網路連線沒有問題！店家有告示不能久坐或在店內辦公或讀書（使用筆電最久為1小時），所以不適合想要讀整天書的學生喔～

Fantastic place to relax my Sunday afternoon!

First time coming to the cafe place, and immediately fell in love with this cozy and clean environment!

The staff are very friendly and nice, the cashiers greeted my girlfriend and I as soon as we stepped in the cafe with sunshine smiling, and did not rush us while we are thinking what to order.

One of the girls started recommending us what to order by asking questions (and it is great that they don’t make assumptions :) )

The music is at an adequate volume level, and the dessert is great !

I’ll definitely come back again as everything is just “right”~~ LoL.
