Customer service has definitely gone downhill at Whole Foods over the years. I looked at the other reviews and would totally agree. Sunday afternoon I went to buy banana bread. I went to the bakery to inform staff that the large loaves were sold out. They said the banana bread was upstairs and that they needed to be packaged and labelled before put on display. The first staff member said she will get me one, but the second staff member told her to tell me it will take 30 minutes, I said I would wait. They later said no, it will take one hour come back later. It seems like they want my business. I left empty handed. Terrible customer service at the bakery. Both staff were standing behind the counter with no customers in line, too.

유기농 제품 사기에는 이만한 곳이 없네요. 웬만한건 다 성분이 좋습니다. 좋은 소고기 돼지고기 닭고기 소량으로 사기가 좋았고, 케익류도 맛있어요.
집에서 영수증 보니 장바구니 들고 간거 그것도 금액에서 빼 주시네요. 주차장은 건물끼고 옆에 지하로 들어가야 합니다.

I Love this shop. All the essentials and unique fresh extras! A superb spice section, an all-natural fresh peanut butter, almond butter and a variety of nuts spreads fridge. A great freezer full of goodies and their bulk is old school health food store style with old school prices. The staff are helpful, kind and busy tending to stocking the shelves and keeping the place tightly organized. They have a small deli well stocked and a fresh assortment of Asian rice wraps to-go with a peanut sauce with a kick! I try to get as much here as possible during the week. Support local. Support small biz! Totally worth it!

It’s a decent location to get a taste of Kerala foods/ Malayalee cooking (like traditional beef, shrimp, chicken curries, appam and stew etc). Not much available in terms of fresh produce/groceries, except for curry leaves, drumsticks in the fridge, and plantains and kutti bananas. The service is lacking as staff is not friendly, they don’t greet or smile and they’re slow at service.
