I Love this shop. All the essentials and unique fresh extras! A superb spice section, an all-natural fresh peanut butter, almond butter and a variety of nuts spreads fridge. A great freezer full of goodies and their bulk is old school health food store style with old school prices. The staff are helpful, kind and busy tending to stocking the shelves and keeping the place tightly organized. They have a small deli well stocked and a fresh assortment of Asian rice wraps to-go with a peanut sauce with a kick! I try to get as much here as possible during the week. Support local.
