We were privileged to attend an antenatal workshop arranged by the hospital for to be parents. It was a day long workshop and carefully addressed all the concerns and worries a new parent may have. It was an interactive and a very insightful workshop. Many thanks to the team working at Mediclinic Welcare for their compassion towards new parents. Would totally recommend this hospital for a joyful pregnancy experience.

very good experience where all team members made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was well taken care of especially my nurse on night duty who regularly checked up on me ensuring that I and my wife were okay. Simi was also very helpful and expedited my discharge very efficiently.

My son was admitted in this hospital and we got the best treatment and care from all the staff. His doctor Nevine was one of the best doctors that I’ve ever seen and I highly recommend her as a pediatric.

I had a good experience at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital. I was outpatient last 09th October due to my unexplained stomach cramps and acidity level. I got a proper treatment, from emergency until I’d been transferred as in-patient to run some more test. They found out that I have an acute appendicitis after the CT Scan. Got the operation and went well, onto my speedy recovery. Big special thanks for those people who helped me out. Marie Galang (Emergency Nurse) who is very well cared nurse. May Cruz (Radiologist) she found out that there was some particles appears on my appendicitis and discussed with the radiology team for examine. Dr. Omar Rathore (Gastroenterologist) my best doctor who helped me out for all this things and very supportive and give me guidance on how things will go through. Dr. Ivo (Surgeon) who undergo my acute appendix surgery. Nurse Katie (Maternity Ward Nurse) and Nurse Simi (Maternity Ward Nurse) who helped me out after my surgery and assisted me all the time. Highly recommended hospital. Staffs are great.

We were really well taken care off. Welcare has always been our family's first choice when we seek medical care. Nurse Joceline was so kind and understanding while caring for my mother. She soothed her worries and always spared the time to answer all her questions with patience.

Dr. Betsy is the best dermatologist in town! She has done wonders for me and I can’t thank her enough for her help and expertise during my treatment. She is kind, knowledgeable and supportive. I will always go back to her if needed be.

I recently had to go to Mediclinic Welcare Hospital for a medical procedure for my son. I was very impressed with the level of care he received. My wife jacqueline cruz admitted to the hospital last june 26 due to DVT and handled by Dr Shahzad Sarosh bulsara.

When the doctor said what surgery could be done my wife was scared. in her 1st surgery from doctor skill my wife fear turn into courage.

When it was said that in the 2nd surgery to be used is local anesthesia and knowing my wife fear, i am pretty sure she could not really handle. She could not even sleep well in fear, thought removing ivc filter it would be passed through her neck. Yet the doctor and nurses was so good that my wife fear disappeared and at the time of surgery she even cooperated well.

Thanks to the amazing nurse in Pediatric ward. EUNICE, VIJITHA, MARIATHU, JASMEEN AND BLESSY. And to ward attendant PRIMA and MARIBEL who never fail to visit in the room to check us if we need anything thank you so much epecially maribel she always turn our worried to laugh shes one of the reason why we keep requesting Pediatric ward.

To all nurse's in OT abanous, ukesh especially to Grace your hand is really amazing thank you for taking care of my wife on the day of her surgery.

I cannot express enough how grateful and satisfied we are with our experience at NMC Nahda Hospital. My husband, Ever Villafuerte, underwent surgery performed by the incredibly skilled and compassionate Dr. Eugene Rent. I just had my minor surgery at this Hospital and i can say awesome from the first day i meet Dr. Madiha Mir to the day of my surgery. Her whole team is really amazing this hospital is trully caring with their Patients they will really make you feel comfortable, at ease and relax.

But one thing i dont like is the person seating in Admission Counter seems Customer Care Service training should be given to him again.Not to mention is fullname Mr. V

Slechtste ziekenhuis ooit gezien. Wij waren in Dubai op vakantie en kregen een ongeluk in Expo2020 vanaf 12:30 PM tot 19:00 PM in het ziekenhuis doorgebracht. Personeel werkt langs elkaar heen. totaal niet efficient. na de shift wissel wist niemand meer waarom wij in het ziekenhuis waren. ze waren ons vergeten. uiteindelijk is er een x-ray gemaakt van de voet. heeft zo lang geduurd om een medische rapport te krijgen voor mijn verzekering. later hebben we gevraagd voor onze verzekering om een kopie van de x-ray foto maar er is nooit op onze mail gereageerd. dus wij kunnen onze claim niet indienen bij onze verzekering. wat mij wel opvalt dat deze ziekenhuis niet reageert op mijn mail. maar ze reageren wel op goede revieuws. eigenlijk wil ik 0 sterren geven.
