Messed up my order on Uber eats. I ordered it with bacon and they didn't add any. They also burned it and the bun. The outside was burnt to a crisp and the inside was still pink. Absolutely awful

The food is always great. The servers are very attentive and patient, specially Somayeh. I've visited the place a couple of time and every time that she was behind the grill the food came out juicy and delicious. Other times, the food comes out on the same level and every employee maintains a high level of professionalism. Will always come back to this establishment every chance i get.

I wanted to try this place for a very long time since it gets such good reviews. I ordered a small poutine during lunch. I was standing outside in the cold for a long time. I went back took out my poutine and it was so small. The container it was in was just a little fatter then my phone. I could count the amount of fries that was in there. There was maybe 20 fries. In this half filled container. That container was $10. Potatoes aren't that expensive even in this economy. Doesn't hurt to fill up the container. Taste wise, the gravy was full of flavor. The cheese with squeaky. It had the right amount of salt. Even with great flavor, I was disappointed with my experience. It was worth a try but this is a miss for me.

This is a great bar to hit up. The atmosphere is great... always packed if you like that. I tend to meet up with my cousin here... we always meet somehow new. The service is great, and as a bonus, the girls are cute as well. I love their $10 pitchers...can never do wrong with that...

The food was really good and we got our orders customized the way we wanted them. the manager was super friendly and even gave us free donuts, which made our night even better. Definitely one of my favorite big smoke burger franchises, because of how nice the staff were.
