Quite disappointed with this location. I always really enjoy lazeez but my order from this location last night was disappointing. I ordered a chicken half and half and my fiancée ordered a falafel on the rocks. Her order was fine however my order, they did not put the garlic sauce on leaving my food quite bland.

Manager / Shop (Mina - hope I got the spelling right)owner caters to individual tastes - great customer service. Food was delicious especially the Philly style shawarma with hot chilli sauce.
Servings are also a big plus.
Will definitely visit again and strongly recommend based on my experiences.

I have been coming to Shawarma Alzaeem for the past few months and this has been one of the place shawarma joints. I usually get their saj wrap meals which includes the fries and a small salad. This place never fails to disappoint me and the wait time or the quality of the food is nothing compared to lazeez or osmows. 10/10 recommend

But it was good. The chicken is flavourful, their hot sauce is nice. Good portion size for price. The fries were soft and cooked fully through.

The experience was good enough for me to want to come back, and when I do, I'll dine in so that I'm not having a reheated meal.

The crepe wasn’t eatable, refrigerated, and solid.Definitely zero stars.
On the other hand the food was soo delicious, fresh, yummy, great dishes and service. Definitely recommend and will visit again but never the deserts section

Just wooow shawarma every shawarma place has there own signature sauce and these people are good 👍 the chicken was good there hot sauce is hotter then another shawarma place,I am a spicy hot lover so I was enjoying every bite but for my friends it was super hot 🔥 they follow my order extra hot. But all over service is quick staff is cool place is neat and clean and fresh fresh food here,we order shawarma and beef with rice . Rice was OK, but the meat tasted good.will come back for sure and special recommended to people who love spicy,others can choose mild.keep up the tast

Best shawarma that i have eaten in GTA. Overall great tasting food & platter size. They share space with chicken broast resturant.

It needs a bigger space & better organized for customers who chooses to dine indoors.

I've never had burnt/overcooked dry falafel until I ordered here. Awful.

I have made Lazeez a part of my " cheat" day for nearly 6 years. Introduced to it and in truth I love the Lazeez on the rocks....

Covid has come and gone and with that, container size has gotten smaller as well prices increased. Tonight took it to another level.

A large Lazeez with tax is $15.81... I have included a picture. Every week I order the same... Lazeez on the rocks with extra sauce. This week the answer I received was "No I am sorry, that will be an extra charge of $1.00"

The issue I have is the server spoke about a consistent serving... NEVER have I received a consistent serving and I will certainly not pay the extra making it near $17...

Upset is not the right word and I will NEVER recommend them nor visit the Lazeez again. It's a shame really... Customer service has taken a decline.

I don’t know if the food here is infused with love or magic, touch of sumac or the sheer kindness of those making the food… but wow this first time here will keep me coming back. Flavorful rice, fresh salad, the meat incredibly succulent, comfy plush seating to sit and just overall a warm atmosphere that invited you in. Family friendly must eat spot. Next time I will check out their adjacent chicken spot. ♥️

Overpriced and overhyped. Original Shawarma is the best in the city in my opinion, the portions are bigger. However shawarma alzaeem is still better than majority of other places especially Osmoes. Parking lot is big and free parking. It does get busy, the manakeesh are overpriced for the small portion.

A very good place for Shisha lovers. One of the few places where you get really nice hookah. The staff is friendly and attentive, help you out if you have any confusion.
It is a fantastic spot with a great vibe to have fun with friends and family.

My husband and my children were eating at Pizza Pizza which is right next to Lazeez Shawarma. My husband was using the bathroom where the woman at the cashier was knocking on the bathroom door for him to get out of the washroom. He exited the washroom in a timely manner and my daughter then went in as she urgently needed to go. The woman at the cashier then knocked on the door again stating "get out, you were in there more than 20 minutes". The employee at Shawarma needed to use the bathroom urgently. My husband approached her then stating why she was yelling at my daughter. He advised her that he was in there first and then it was my daughter that went in.
She then started to yell at my husband that someone was in there for 20 minutes which was untrue. It the person who needed to use the bathroom so badly waited outside of the door, he would have been able to use it. Unfortunately, he needed a woman to help him use the bathroom. Secondly, there is two bathrooms in the facility, the second bathroom looks like it is being used for storage and was out of commission for many months, if this would have been available, there would be no issues. My daughter was scared when she did this and I would like action to be taken for this experience. This is not professional and unrespectful to customers. Lastly, there is some equipment near the bathroom that appears to be unsanitary for a food complex and I believe a health inspector should come and take a look at the place. My family and I will never step foot into this location again and I do believe that I see really good reviews for other establishments in the area within the same nature. However, this location is very rude and does not treat customers with respect. I would be very hesitant to eat here. It is a shame that people have to react in this nature upsetting their customers at a place of dining. I would like to give credit to the manager at the Pizza Pizza, he was understanding and saw the situation as a whole and responded logically. I hope this does not happen again where when someone needs the bathroom, they are pushed out and yelled at. I will be looking into submitting a routine inspection of this establishment with Health Canada. Shame on you for yelling at a 11 year old. We are disgusted by this action. The employee should not be working there anymore for her aggressive tone to the customers.

Okay so I really wanted to love this place, especially after seeing the 4.5 rating. So what I will say is, perhaps we came on an off night. The restaurant was very busy for 8pm on a Thursday and we waited approximately 20 minutes for our food. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the food had lived up to the hype. We ordered a chicken shawarma plate with fries and a mix saj. Both meals were barely warm and tasted mediocre at best. There are definitely better options if you are looking for good shawarma.

PLEASE STAYA WAY TO AVOID A HORRIBLE MEAL + EXPERIENCE. Chicken tastes weird and not normal. There something definitely wrong about this place. Staff were polite not gonna lie and they probably knew about it too.
