We were seated promptly but it went downhill from there. It took quite a while for anyone to come by to take a drink order. It took 25 minutes for me to receive a glass of wine, meanwhile my husband got his Caesar 10 minutes before my wine. If I had received my wine sooner I probably would have ordered another glass so they lost out on money there. We asked for water with lemon and were given water with lime. Our food was good. No complaints there. The server came back a long time after we received our food to check on us finally. My husband had finished his Caesar and she asked if he wanted another which he said no to. She left his empty glass on the table though. We sat with our waters empty for another 15 minutes. There’s always something that seems to go wrong at this location. The one in the south end is far more consistent and much better service. Super disappointing because we don’t go out to eat that often anymore and this was a treat before we did some shopping. Not impressed.
