A complete joke of a rental company. Absolutely no care for their tenants or their buildings just their own pockets. I lived at their Cachet building for two years. I have never dealt with management so rude. They claim to care for retaining tenants but increase rent an unreasonable amount, with little notice and no negotiation possible basically pressurung you into resigning a lease as there's little options/time to find somewhere else. I'm not naive, with inflation I expected an increase but this was obsurd and suites are NOT worth the price. A large corporation is taking as much as they can from people barely scraping by so what, you don't lose your third house and second yacht?
They claim luxury buildings but they are far from it, I shouldn't have to simply hope for a working elevator in a "luxury" building or parking lot cleaning more than once a year. Lots of false advertising and manipulating tenants. When I received my extremely high rental increase, I asked for negotiation and was met with a hard no, I asked for a short term lease and was told no even though I know management gave my friend a short term lease. I spoke with a different employee from your Calgary office who told me to try lying to the manager and tell her I am buying a house so she would give me a shorter lease. How is that ethical and what kind of company gives that advice. Clearly there's an issue with policies and procedures. They pick and choose who and what they will offer and honor and go back on their word.
HIGHLY recommend avoiding.
