We just wanted to let you know that we got my daughter her new Lithuanian passport in Ottawa. A lady called Kristina S helped us. The process was seamless and easy. She was helpfull and so profesional. She comunicated everything we had to bring way in advance and while there she helped us with such clear instructions on how to fill all the forms. I was so happy with her service i decided to extend my passport as well. You could not have a more profesional and helpful employee.
