First time visiting a Vietnamese joint where the owners don't speak Chinese. Lot of Vietnamese diners which is a good sign.
Portions are huge. I lined up 5 sauces to go with my rice dish, and a standard siracha which I passed on .
A few questions about hygiene, but the food more than makes up for it. 3 stars for atmosphere cause the doors were left open , to probably save on AC costs .
Would I go back? If I was in the area , then yes.

We landed up in Tsampa cafe cuz Himalayan kitchen had a long wait list.
How good were their momos? Well I have had better and I have had worse . Tsampa just hit the right spots when you are craving momos. And their chilly sauce is good too.
On a side note - the shafalay and the beef momos share the same filling. If you order one you have had the other.
The chilly pork dry was a pass. Too dry and chewy and flavoured with chilly powder ( rather than fresh chillies, soy and ginger garlic )
