Awful experience! Avoid planning parties at this venue!

I had the worst experience at this venue on my son’s birthday party. unprofessional communication and poor customer management. There was a misunderstanding in term of pool playtime. My request to delay the discussion to 6pm when the party is over as it was extremely hot and humid was rudely rejected with a threat to kick out my guests.I felt abused and did pay on the spot to not ruine my son’s party.

Very bad staff called Event Box handling the event area .... My son and wife went inside they didn't allow me to go in saying stay in qoue whil everyone else entering lift and right ....... Very Rude Arabic lady with black shirt mention on it EventBox....... Dissatisfaction, Disappointed if there is 00000 I could rate it
