Came here to get ski boots last season. Boot fitter was great and walked out with ski boots even more comfortable than my snowboard boots. The service here is great and never too pushy. Highly recommend.

We were in the market for some ski gear and decided to swing by Westside. Having seen the positive reviews, I was curious what set them apart. Well, it’s their staff. They are a wonderful group of people, who are patient, educated, and very friendly. Throughout the duration of our visit, we were checked in on multiple times, had great conversations, and given a lot of helpful advice. It’s easy to support a store like this. We’ll be back. A special shout out to Chris! He’s a gem.

If you want a local, down to earth and trustworthy team to help advise on ski gear, these guys are the place to go. My boyfriend and I both brought ski boots here and Chris sorted us out. Would 10/10 recommend! ✨

I walked in needing full skiing gear. Not even a minute in the store, I got sat down and was fitted for a boot. Then we looked at skis, then bindings, then helmets, then goggles. Chris, an absolute beauty, would explain and give context to recommendations aligned to my level and goals throughout the entire process. I was also told to expect a 3-5 day turnaround to get back the skis with bindings, but was able to pick them up the very next day. Never have I had such an effortless, friendly, and informed experience at any store
