I use to be uncomfortable in this kind of restaurant but here, everything was so perfect.
I suddenly felt sick during the dinner (because of medical problems) and all waiters were so kind to me, very attentive and reactive to all our needs.
Even the Chef had nice words for us before we left the restaurant.
Food was absolutely delicious! We will come back again for sure.

Thanks a lot again for your kindness!

The dining experience at The Widder Restaurant in Zurich, Switzerland, is extraordinary. The restaurant has been bestowed with two Michelin stars and is situated within the opulent Widder Hotel. The cuisine of Chef Stefan Heilemann is renowned for its innovation, utilization of seasonal, fresh ingredients, and contemporary interpretations of traditional French fare.

Seasonally changing, the Widder Restaurant's menu features signature dishes such as roasted lamb rack with rosemary potatoes and roasted vegetables, grilled beef fillet with chanterelle mushrooms and truffle vinaigrette, and seared scallops with Jerusalem artichokes and truffle vinaigrette.

Additionally, the Widder Restaurant boasts a comprehensive wine list encompassing more than 600 varieties from across the globe. The wine list has been meticulously curated to harmonize with the menu items, and the sommeliers possess extensive expertise that can assist you in selecting the ideal wine to complement your meal.

The Widder Restaurant provides impeccable service. They are accommodating and congenial and exert additional effort to guarantee a memorable dining experience. The restaurant exudes an air of sophistication and refinement, characterized by its exquisite dining room and intimate bar.

The Widder Restaurant is an exceptional establishment that provides patrons with a memorable gastronomic encounter. The ambiance is sophisticated, the food is delectable, and the service is impeccable. The Widder Restaurant is, undoubtedly, my top recommendation for special occasion diners in Zurich.

The following are particular aspects of my dining experience at the Widder Restaurant that I particularly enjoyed:

The cuisine was truly splendid. While the dishes were imaginatively prepared and presented, the ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. The scallops that were seared and the rack of lamb that was roasted were my favorites.

Unforgettable experience! We decided to get a room in the restaurant’s hotel and were surprised at how gorgeous and boutique the room was. The whole dining experience (from aperitif to last course) was spectacular: the service was quick and attentive and the food was on a another level. The dish made of beets (borsch type of soup with a beet dumpling) completely blew my mind. We got the wine pairing and it beautifully complemented the dishes. It was a pricey ($2k+) adventure but worth every penny!
