Very clean and the design the of the mall makes it feel luxurious. Lots of escalators and a decent food court. The overall layout seems a bit overwhelming but becomes very clear and easy the second time around.
Parking is easy but needs more visuals inside the mall to help remember which entrance you came from
I like Rideau and is easily top 3 malls in Ottawa.

Really lux and chic shopping center you can find many brands there.
Update: we parked at the Rideau parking for one hour and we waited in the line for 10 minutes then the system charged us 5 dollars more l. Don’t park there it’s not worth it.
