Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pumphouse Point. Great views, lots of activities to do in the area, great food. Larder was provided in our room for lunch (we loved this but I don't think it would suit everyone) and hot sourdough could also be delivered throughout the day. Buffet style breakfast served between 7-9ish. The E-bikes were great to explore surrounding areas, and there were row boats although we didn't get to try these out.

The downside to our stay was the communal dining. Dining started at 6.30pm and all guests were to find their own seat in the dining room. Everyone we sat with were incredibly lovely, however we were there for our honeymoon and the last thing we wanted to do was sit at a table with four strangers and make small talk. Someone we sat with also expressed the same opinion, as they were exhausted from spending the day at the national park and would have preferred dining in. If it weren't for this I would have given a 5 star. I recommend they change their dining style, as this is a turn off and I probably would stay elsewhere in the future.

We’ve stayed at our fair share of unique accommodations but Pumphouse Point definitely sits in our top 3.
From the arrival to our departure, the staff looked after us with such attention. They got to know everyone’s names and spoke to us when they had time too which made it feel very personable. The room we stayed in was on the top floor of the Pumphouse with the bath, and it was so serene. The bed was really lux and probably the best sleep of our trip. The food was great! Breaky was a fully continental and dinners were a set meal that everyone got. We always got pre drinks before dinner which they kindly made mine non alcoholic as I am pregnant.
Would recommend this stay at least once in your life to experience.
